Please note: Shipping delays may occur globally due to holidays, weather conditions, security issues, etc. Maternologie cannot control such factors, however frustrating they may be. Maternologie is not responsible for lost packages.

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address or due to customs fees not being paid, shipping charges are nonrefundable and additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

All refunds are given in the form of store credit only. Please mail the item(s) back within 7 days of original delivery. Please provide a tracking number so we know when the item is delivered. The return will be processed once the item has been delivered. The item must be returned in the same condition it was in when sold or your exchange/store credit will be forfeited. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All items in this shop are a minimum of 20 years old and have had previous owners. Vintage items are rarely in perfect condition.
